The hotel room was fine. However, we had too many difficulties with the front desk. We needed to get on the hotel shuttle for an early morning flight. The staff member who checked us in did not schedule us on the shuttle causing us to have to wait 30 minutes in the lobby for the next scheduled shuttle. The staff member who checked us out of our room added an "extra tax" to our bill that we had to pay and did not provide us an ammended receipt for this transaction. Priceline later informed us that we were not responsible for paying this additional tax.
