My experience at lowes in wheeling,wv on 4/11/09 was great, I have been in alot of lowes and this is the first one where the employees are the friendliest and kind, from the time I walked in the door until I left the store every single employee spoke to me except one and he was busy helping a customer. Just that simple " hi how are you " made a difference to me and a major impact on me as a customer.The manager of this store needs to be commended for a job well done because you don't see this in most lowes stores or infact any department or box store today.. Thx
