I can't speak EVERYONE at Crossroads medical, but everyone I've doubt with has been incredible. The receptionists/secretaries are very friendly and personable. The Nurse Practitioner (I apologize for forgetting her name) I dealt with was also very professional and kind-hearted.
But, most of all, Dr. Freeman is an excellent doctor. She really helped me, trusted me, and I feel as though she actually cares.... unlike some doctors. I actually switched my insurance to make her my PCP when I was deciding between doctors because she seemed, to me, to be the best.
