Being a Weber man myself I thought, "I've got to try this and see how it's done!" Seeing those 5 or 6 Weber Ranch Kettles brought me right in. Well, at first glance of the menu I had a hard time finding something that I couldn't do just as well at home. Steaks, Burgers, Fish.....c'mon guys, let's get creative here....it's a WEBER RESTAURANT for cryin' out loud. I settled for the pizza as I thought I might want something else as well. It took about 40 minutes to get to me. The dissapointment came in that the dough was cooked on the grill as was the sausage but the pizza itself was finished in the broiler. I have to say it was a letdown. If you really desire a steak in Chicago..go to a Killer Steakhouse.....that goes for Pizza as well. Don't waste your time eating something you can prepare and cook just like you do at home. Great idea....lousy execution. Beer and a pizza: $16.00
