While I think Dr. D is great his staff is less that par. I understand having new people but they should know what the office offers and not be rude. They have a PC in front of them that tells them everything about the animal. I have brought many animals to Dr D's office and it seems I spend more money there than anywhere yet the staff is rude to me when I call and ask for an appointment. Makes me worry about taking my cat there. I may be looking for a new vet.
