I took my dogs to a local groomer to my dismay the groomer forgot to do the ears and nails, there was a bloody area on my one pets face. I also didn't like the idea of no crates. they should be used for safety reasons, well, I heard about Donna and was very impressed, she told me that she has over 25 years show grooming and handling exp. My dogs loved her and the grooming was perfect.. no complaints at all..She will have my business for a long time..
