I was recently diagnosed with a gluten allergy. The waitress took the time to double check my order with the chef and made some alternate recommendations to accommodate my allergy. The food was fresh, well prepared and delicious! The wait-staff where attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food in Hilo! Mahalo!
