I have to deal with Old National through my business only. But what I have seen and heard from working with this company would sway me heavily from ever CONSIDERING it for my personal account.
The two times I have needed Old National to go above and beyond, they have failed. They seemed too preoccupied with the money coming in the door and take all steps to avoid any true service interactions on behalf of the customer. Very disappointed in level of professionalism at this bank.
