Though we are located outside of Geeks Mobile's service area, we were able to figure out a way to work together so they could address our IT needs. The remote support plan they have works great because it gives me the assurance that someone's reviewing our network on a regular basis and making sure everything is running smoothly. I appreciate Geeks' responsiveness and the fact that I don't need to worry about our network everyday.
