Someone should nominate Jill Berni for "Woman of the Year"
When all else had failed, Jill and her staff went to work and convinced my Bank to stop the Auction of our Home, and allow us enough time to have a Buyer purchase it, saving us over $2OO,000.
Best of all because Jill is a Mortgage Broker, which means she had set us up to be FHA qualified in 24 mos, instead of having a Repo on our Credit for 7 Years!
