Yes, definetely not reliable. If you look on the internet AAA Taxi and Action taxi both of them are the same person answering the phone. They are also misleading people in Brentwood and Franklin area by putting A1 Taxi in front of their name and presenting them as A1 Brentwood/Franklin Taxi. I am surprised that A1 Brentwood/Franklin Taxi has not taken any action against them yet. I was picked up by A1 Brentwood/Franklin Taxi when AAA Taxi/A1 Action Brentwood Taxi did not show up.
