My husband has been going Dr. Swearingen since he was little, and he really likes the dentist. Due to him gettting layed off from his job we had to apply for the medical card,when we called to reschedule an appointment one of his staff members was extremely rude to him. It's a shame that such a good dentist is blind to the ignorance of his staff, or at least one certain person. Therefore I rate him a 5 but that one staff member a 1 since zero isn't an option!!!!
