We recently broke down with our motorhome on Highway 81 south near a place called Christianburg VA. We called our Good Sams Club for assistance. They sent out a tow truck from Total Car Care and Towing to tow us back to their rtepair shop. The driver of the tow truck whose name was Chris was great. He was very professional and helped us feel a little about the situation we were in. After arriving at the reapir shop it was closing time for them. Chris helped get our motorhome hooked up to electric and water so we spent the night in the motorhome. Chris stopped through out the night to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. Next day two of Total Car Care repairmen named Jamie and Greg started working on our home. It was determine that the alternator was bad and had to be replaced. The part had to be special ordered and would not be there until late the next morning. Again Total Care Care let us stay hooked up to their electric and water. Much to our surprise Grag and Jamie came knocking at our door at 8am with the part and had us up and running by 1030am. We can't thank them enough for going the extra mile to make sure we were ok, had a place to stay and how very polite they all were. I highly recommend that if you live near by that you give them your business. We are from New York or we would be using them all the time for our repair needs.
