Superior service, and extremely clean facilities. I took my kitty Max here to be nuetered. They do it by laser, for one, so its just better in every way and, in my opinion, MUCH easier on the cat. They're amazingly fast too, which is a plus because I hated having to leave Max at all, but they called me to come get him before noon, and I had just dropped him off at 9am! He was none the worse for wear when I picked him up, just like the lady "Bryan" at the front desk said he'd be "he'll never even know what happened to him."
