This place is very LOL. One thing I really like about the Silver Moon is the fact that it's open at 7 AM when few other eatablishment in Sioux Falls are. I don't know the exact time that they open, but they were open at 7 AM on the day we desperately needed a bar.

So me and two of my buddys were waiting for a flight to Vegas and had some time to kill. The airport bar wasn't open yet, so we hit the Silver Moon. Right away we were greeted to a scene where the bar tender was digging in the 'shake a day' jar of cash along with a patron. Apparently that 'patron' just won the cash. It looked a little fishy...definitely some collusion. Regardless, we didn't really care. The 'winner' bought us each a can of Coors, so it was awes.

The classiest part of the Silver Moon has to be the men's room. There is a mirror just above the toilet for one to 'admire' while in the act. My buddy tbone went to the can 4-5 times in the 2 hours we were there...you know...admiring.

The Silver Moon is one of the last bastions of sleeze in the downtown/Falls Park area. The City has been cleaning up the area the last 15 years, but the Silver Moon is still holding it's own.
