This is hands down the worst bank/lender I have worked with in my real estate career of 18 years. I am a realtor and my client had to use this lender as he is the only one that could do the loans on this condo conversion. They promised my client a specific interest rate and changed it just a few days before he is supposed to close to a half percentage point higher. He then told my client it would be a $4-5 a month difference in his monthly payment when it is actually $40 more a month. Monty is extremely condescending and the manager Rob is absolutely horrible about getting back to you. I will never ever use them again and I am warning everyone.
