The customer service guy in the area for window treatments was absolutely horrid. Not only did he give me the wrong advice, he had me waiting around for more than 10 minutes and was very rude when I asked him to find another worker who would assist me as I had two small children to tend to. He made a big sigh and threw up his hands in a tissy and walked off to find another assistant. I thought to myself....wow, how terribly RUDE?

The new service rep was a female who was not as rude, however not too great herself as far as customer service. Even though she was cold as a fish, she took care of the matter at hand quickly and efficiently with no waiting time what so ever. I had my new blinds and was out the door in no time flat.

Nevertheless, I believe that guy should be reported. If he is not in the business of pleasing the customer, then why on earth should he take on a position that entails working with the public on a continual basis? How would a person go about reporting such an incident. Is it possible that actual contact between us (demonstrating his neglect) could have been caught on video surveillance to support my side of the argument?

Thanks everyone for the opportunity to allow me to vent......grrrrrrr!
