I am very surprised by the posted review. This was a wonderful experience for my child. They have many receptionists because they have many other doctors besides dr josen. I did not have any problems with my insurance and everything was explained to me fully and clearly. Their fees reflected the quality and care my child received and the cleaniness of the office.
