this place is badly insulated, walls are thin, doors as well, rent high, too high when not far is a project housing. when winter comes than you can feel the wing blowing through windows and electric bill is higher than in other places I've lived in. there is constantly dog/cat poop outside on a grass and it's suppose to have "no pet" policy! it's dirty. I don't recomend this place at all!
