These owners know what true customer service is all about... I'm writing this review because I had such a fantastic experience at Tan Lines in West Hartford! The owner and his wife are such amazingly friendly people who immediately make you feel comfortable. I went to have their airbrushed UV Free Tanning for a special halloween party that I was attending. Audrey, the artist/airbrusher and co-owner, was great! She talked me through the entire process... told me exactly what the steps were and even tips to make the tan last longer. She made it such an easy process. She took the extra time to cover my hair, toe nails and finger nails. I felt that she wanted this to come out as good, if not better than I did.

*Bonus: They are a locally owned family business ... plus, the place is immaculate. The environment is warm, welcoming, and clean. On top of all of that, the UV Free tan (or airbrushing) came out fantastic.... it didn't look fake or at all like a self tanner and I didn't have to tan for weeks to get the results I wanted! They chose a shade that ended up looking very natural on me. It gave me a warm glow, just a few shades darker than I was when I went in, and it really gave my skin an all around nice even tone. I received many complements on my (somewhat revealing) costume, hair and makeup and I really think that the tan helped to give my look such a boost.
