Only been in for an language eval for my child but the therapist we spoke with/the one that evaluated my child was very nice. Made me and my child feel very comfortable. She even went out on limb and helped me get my records transferred so we could get sessions started for my child. nice clean office, toys in lobby area for children.was hard to spot the parking lot but there is a sign you just have to be looking for( parking in rear of building) A+ so far
