With the most part staff is friendly & helpful. With an exception to upper management. I had difficulty in the hotel due to my disabilties & recieved absolutely no help from the General Manager, as requested. He would not speak to me in person or even on the phone. From speaking to the people on the shuttle, that is pretty typical. It never used to be that way up until a few months ago. I will NOT be back.
