This is not my first visit to this store, but I had to say something. At this store, staff members are rude, unprofessional, unwilling to assist customers and items are "ALWAYS" sold out or not on the shelves. Will not take time to look in the back or try to order the items… Who are you there to serve? Why are you even working there?

If I owned stocks in Babies R Us, I would ask to have the management staff at this store fired! Only the reason I go to this store is the fact that the location is very convenient.

YOU DON'T EVEN DESERVE THIS ONE STAR!!

Three words to describe this store: Dirty. Unorganized. OUT OF STOCK!

Nothing but compliments for this store! I visited the store located on Hawthorne Blvd prior to making stop at this location to find what I was looking for. I could not believe the difference! 180 from Hawthorne Blvd store! Clean, organized and staff member offered to help. I will drive extra 10 minutes to shop at this location. Hawthorne Blvd management staff needs to visit this store to learn about customer service and what organized store looks like! Hawthorne Blvd store has lots of catching up to do!
