The folks at VCA New London Animal Hospital couldn't be a better group of people. Upon visiting the area, our dog became quite sick. I called the hospital, they didn't hesitate in asking me if I could come right down (we had been turned down by two other hospitals before trying them). When we arrived, a technician was called up front to do a quick exam while the doctor was in an exam room and found Sadie to be stable. We filled out paper work chatted with the new hospital manager while we waited for only a few minutes for the doctor. Tests were recommended, an estimate was made and the doctor went over it with us. We decided to go for the tests and found Sadie had Lyme disease. We took her with us and within two days of taking her medications, she is back to normal. Thank you VCA New London Animal Hospital for being so helpful on short notice!
