Do Not use this company. I was planning a wedding and went to her to get an estimate for my flowers. It was not a small job and would not have been a waste of time. However, 2 months later I still had not heard anything from her. I went with someone else!! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I did get ahold of someone once over the phone and they said it was ready for me and they would mail it over...it never came. So I stopped by the shop twice and no one ever helped me. I tried calling and emailing numerous times and their voicemail said it was full. If you are wanting a proactive good florist use someone else! They obviously don't want your business and did not have time for me. Very disappointed!
