This is the worst KOA I have stayed at. Granted it is the nicest looking one in the area (that's not saying much trust me). From day one we had problems. He made us move our rig up a foot after we had already parked it and unhooked it from the truck, he told us we couldn't have our large propane bottle outside (though lots of our neighbors have theirs very visible outside).

We rented a month here and have decided to leave 3 days early, the lady at the desk told us that because we want to leave early that if any money is owned to us off the 100 deposit we put down for electric that they don't have to give it to us.

We have also been getting our mail here and forgot to cancel it (through escapees) and was told that he will not hold our mail. He will send it back even though I am staying 5 miles down the road and told them I'll be picking it up when it first comes in that day. (it costs us money to recieve our mail). I don't understand why they have to be such jerks about our mail. Everything comes in one envelope. When I tried to explain this to the lady she looked at me and told me to stop arguing with her. I was like WHAT? I haven't even began to argue. I called the KOA service line and I don't know why they are there because she told me there was nothing they could do to help me. This park is not worth the aggravation, trust me, spend your money else where.
