Ed did my wedding cake. It was delicious, fresh and the most beautiful cake I have ever seen. Everyone at my wedding was highly impressed. He came to set up when he said he would be there, and had my cake set up and decorated within minutes. I have purchased many things from him since my wedding and I have always been satisfied with the quality and his prices are reasonable. My partner bought a coconut creme cake from Ed's and normally I HATE coconut, but I have to say this cake was delicious. I love his Red Velvet cake also. Ed clearly loves what he does and his staff is so nice. I am a customer for life.
