Without question, ClickaNerd is the most professional computer support Company we have ever used. Our Company is comprised of 60+ computer systems and a former employee had changed the administrator password on a server and locked out our Customer database from the other computer work stations. We were prepared for that type of thing some what. What we were not prepared for is she had loaded a computer virus and it wormed its way in to all the stations. Obviously, that young lady has a tough legal road ahead of her. We called the technical experts at ClickaNerd and Michael and Jason spent 12 hours disinfecting all the machines and recovering damaged client data. We are back online now, but we had a pretty scary 12 hours. I can not say enough good things about ClickaNerd. I have since signed up for the 24x7 remote monitoring plan. I would put you chaps in for an award if I could.
