POOOOOOR service. They took my area rug in, supposedly cleaned it, then said it ould have to hang outside to dry overnight ( in the rain ? HMM thought that was odd) 3 days later they finally answered my calls and brought the carpet back. As soon as they walked in the door I could smell it...dog urine and mold, it stunk so bad I had to have another company reclean it. I called and was told they would send my check back. That never happened either. No today I get a call from his wife, 19 days later, that there's a return to sender on the envelope because my street doesn't exist ?? I asked her to spell it, and she did so, but spelled it wrong. She told me that it's my responsibility to pick up the cjeck if I want it and hung up.
When I reached her husband he claimed the work order had my address wrong, however, I have it right in fron of me and no misspellings anywhere.
They still refuse to send my check, and refuse to fix the situation.
They are rude, hang up when caught in a lie, and as far as carpet cleaning, they hve no clue what they are doing...they also scratched my travertine tile floor when they were throwing my sofas around to pick up the carpet.
