Bridal Reflections was attentive, courteous and professional when it came to choosing my ST.Pucchi gown. Nawal my sales associate understood the style and the ambience I was looking for in my dream gown. The best part was that she modified the gown to my specifications, I didn't know that you have the advantage of doing so. They also are working with me to rush the gown in for January 2010 since my wedding is in Feb 14 2010. The staff from the receptionist, to my sales associate Nawal and manager Cristina De Marco who had the time out to come introduce herself and reassure me that my gown would come in with little time. The service here is extrodinary.
