When they have a car for me, it is usaully dirty. I get the insurance for it and still they try to charge me for scratches that were on the car before I left. Who ever heard of a car rental that does not have a car for you when you reserved one a month prior to picking up and you called two days before hand and they said not a problem your car will be ready. This happened to me last week. I had no car. They did not seem to care one bit. I will not be back and neither will my family or friends. BEWARE IF YOU RENT THRU ENTERPRISE YOU MAY NOT GET A CAR!!!!
