I worked at the Renaissance for about a year. It's funny, it seems that everybody working there hates it, but they are reminded to smile and that there is no where else to go. I am currently looking for other X employees to file a petition to DHS with. We were told to not send the sick kids home. The owner understaffs to save money. Employees start at minimum wage (less than fast food restaurants). The turnover rate is unbelievably high! I seriously doubt these reviews were written by actual parents. Please find parents who have had kids there before you made your decision. This place is referred to as "He**," and a place some parents have sworn not to send their kids.
