I stopped by to see what kind of service my BMW needed but the service specialist would not look up all the previous service done & would only guess as to what my car needed currently. Rude & only able speculate doesn't make for very helpful service...also checked out some parts & much cheaper @ other BMW dealers in the area. Avoid if possible
