Well don't you feel speciallll! I know I would paying over $1000 for 850sq of luscious, luxury, upscale Mandeville splendidness! This place is a joke. Way overpriced, the development is sandwiched on its self - more like city living in a small town - minus all the nice things you would like to live in a city for. But wait.. there's more - The Wine Loft - Mandeville's $9 per glass wine and cocktail bar is in walking distance! Take the tour and you'll be as dazed and confused as I am - the floor plans are a joke, the construction is shotty (knock on the walls, look @ the counters/cabinets, etc. you'll see), and the agents are idiots. Just FYI - the development is only made possibly thanks to the likes of McMath and his cronies in the Mandeville City Council who passed the zoning an other ordinances to make this happen against the will of the people of Mandeville - thanks to good ol' Eddie "Barricade" Price.
