I discontinued my Auto and Home policy with State Farm after 2 years of being a customer. They showed me a great deal of unprofessionalism and never returned my calls when I needed to speak with someone about my policy. Gordon in particular showed as a very unreliable agent and I am not sure how he got the other good reviews? I would have to say that this was my worst experience ever with the insurance agency and I would definitely not recommend Gordon or State Farm in general if you need an agent or agency that will be responsive and helpful. I just switched over to Geico and they were extremely helpful and were able to work with me on the discounts.
