WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! First they gave us keys to another room that was occupied and while we were coming OUT of the occupied room, the family was COMING IN! - it was completely embarrassing. Then the "Suite" room that we had reserved was dirty and smelled like smoke. The pull-out bed had dirty sheets still on it and was so dusty that I was having an allergic reaction within 45 mins of being in the room. We ended up having to go to Walmart and by a blow up mattress and a comforter just to get through the night...... we requested two separate rooms the next day and explained the horrible conditions of the first room and while they did have two separate, clean rooms available, they didn't hesitate to charge us the extra difference between the two rooms vs. the 2 room suite. For a hotel that says it offers 100% customer satisfaction, their employees did not seem to follow the hotels satisfaction policy.
