Low ball offers on trade in and over priced cars for sale. Some as much as $3000 over KBB. When you bring up this little discrepancy they give you a song and dance about how they don't use KBB but rather some secret proprietary system that they never elaborate much on. Many of the cars are former fleet cars, (Rental) you can check the auto check report for each car they sell. Sales people are clueless. A couple of the cars we test drove were dirty rattly junk but were priced higher than a car in excellent condition. The Test Drive is basically a short drive around the block with the sales person in tow, and you are not allowed to deviate from the planned route, only a mile or so of highway driving is included.
