Friday October 30, 2009, I called Roto Rooter out of desperation, another company was to supposed to show up with a optic fiber camera to fit into my 3/4 inch pipe, to fine a broken water pipe under my cement slab. Twice this company did not show up making excuses that convinced my they were very unprofessional. So I cancelled and called Roto Rooter. Within 20 minutes someone show up in quest of finding my broken hot water pipe.
He located the hot spot in my house and prcoceded to call in another plumber to help resolve this problem. (which has been an on going prblem for more then 4 weeks). I had called other plumbers to help resolve this situation and now after 3 plumbers Roto Rooter came to my rescue and was able to quickly establish the problem and acted fast to resovle it. The 2 men that show up Steve badge # 6930 and Rich badge # 7132, were very knowledgeable about there work, and were determined to fix the broken pipe leak. We went through alot of breaking the concrete, and some parts of my wall, finally they found my leak. Not just one leak or two, but three different areas that had been exposed showed the the area of the bursted pipe leak. In all these 2 men have given many hours of their time and dedication to resolving this problem and making sure that I was going to be a statisfied customer. In the end, not only was I happy with the job, but they left the property neat and tidy, only to leave me with some minor repairs which did not fall under their job description. Both Steve and Rich were gracious, well mannered, and caring individuals that made this extensive project less painful for me to handle. A job well done by 2 wonderful professional people... Thank you for having such dedicated employees on your staff.... Thank you Steve and Rich for a job well done. This project took 2 days to complete, but after they left it was peace of mind for me, and I was a happy customer..
