I am an online student at Kaplan U. I have enjoyed my experience in the classroom but the customer service is a problem with the financial aid department as well as student accounts. I have been out of classes since April '08 due to a paperwork snafu on their end and I feel like I am going around in circles with them about getting the problem straightened out.
Finally, I get in touch with someone at the office of returning students and hopefully, they will help me get back to classes so I am not wasting my time waiting for them. If it doesn't get resolved I may have to look at taking legal action against them and find a new school. I don't want to do that though...
