India House formerly, Delhi Darbar, is by far, hands down the best Indian food in Denver. If you are epicurean of Indian food, this will likely become your favorite restaurant. After living in 3 other major metropolitan areas, as a resident of Denver for 12 years, I have eaten at every Indian restaurant in Denver and Boulder and these chefs take the time to create each dish to perfection. My favorite entree is Chicken Tikka Saag; it is the most sumptuous dish I have eaten in Denver; the samosa is perfectly cooked with little oil and is crispy with very fresh vegetables inside. This is one restaurant that consistently delivers amazing food and great service. Harmon, a delightful Indian lady greets me each time with a friendly warm smile and does everything she can to make sure her customers are happy!
