been here before. although the work is alright, it sure takes forever to get naiils done. i once made an apointment to get my hair cut and the girl forgot. i waited a half hour before i left.
the past two weeks i have tried numerous times to make an appoiuntment. i have a few gift certificates to use. there's been no answer. i drove by to see if they were that busy to not answer, the placve was all black. no lights and no one inside.
even earlier today (sept 12, 2009) i tried to call a few times only to receive no answer.
is this how you run a buisness?
i only wish the other place i normally go to could honour my certificate.
