We are really impressed. Allpro A/C came out during the summer and repaired our heat pump. They fixed the wiring to make sure it was the control board, and left it for a month. They didn't charge us at all. They said try it out and make sure that this is the solution. We had the coldest A/C in over a year, and not switching back and forth from cool to heat. Our electric bill was the cheapest we have had in months. They just came out again and brought the new control board. They worked on it inbetween the rain falling and got it working. Now it works properly in heat and cool. They charged me today for both the new computer board and service call. But I was so amazed that they actually got it working for the summer, and didn't charge me until they came back with the correct parts. I've never had a service company trust me for repairs for a month. And when they did charge me for the parts and service call, it was about what I hoped to pay. I know who to call next time for my repairs and I'll refer them to all my friends.
