I had a great experience at this tire store 4/20/09. We needed to replace the tires on our pop-up camper. Rafael Alvarez greated us, took the information about which tire we needed, and provided flawless serivce. Prices were comparable with other stores, but it was his depth of knowledge about what replacement tires were available for our specific need. I will give this store every opportunity to win our business in the future. I hope Peerless Tires, appreciates their store manager in Hutchinson. If I were to open up any type of customer service type business, I would be seeking Mr. Alvarez to be one of my team leaders.
