I needed to have a dishwasher installed into our home in New Market, Md. which did not have an existing dishwasher. This would require removing a kitchen cabinet and installing the plumbing connections. After doing some research on the internet, I decided to have Your 1 Plumber come out for an estimate. I had a good idea of what I thought the job would cost and what our budget could afford for this work.

The day of the appointment, Your 1 Plumber called me to let me know that the plumber was on his way. The gentleman (Bakar) who arrived immediately put on shoe covers before entering the home and listened intently as I described the work that I was requesting and to my concerns that adjacent cabinets not be damaged when the cabinet had to be removed for the dishwasher install. Bakar thoroughly examined the situation and provided a detailed written price quote for the proposed work. His quote was exactly within the range that I felt was reasonable and fair for the work that I was requesting.

I contracted with Your 1 Plumber for the work and once again I was notified by Your 1 Plumber when Bakar was on his way for the scheduled appointment. Bakar worked diligently and was courteous and respectful in our home. He showed me what he planned to do and how he planned to do it. During different phases of the install, he showed me his progress and checked with me to make sure that I was satisfied at how things were progressing. Upon completion, Bakar thoroughly cleaned the work space and disposed of all refuse material. He conducted a final inspection and made sure that we were satisfied with all elements of the install before he departed.

I would not hesitate to use Your 1 Plumber for future plumbing needs and heartily recommend this company for residential plumbing.
