Sometimes situations arise when building a new home. This is our third one and Soave did an excellent job. Parts are late, inclement weather, etc. Lots of things can happen, but in our case we were very fortunate to have a very good builder and his crew were excellent. Our home went very smoothly and was finished before the expected date. I am a licensed Plumber and skilled tradesman and our home is built very well. We are very, very happy with our choice.
