I worked with a sales woman as the store was closing and I was looking for a particular piece of infant furniture. I was looking to spend a certain amount but they didn't have ANY in stock. The sales woman could not find the piece of furniture at my price point but said she would GIVE me a 15% off coupon in order to make up the difference. Then, when the store was already supposed to be closed she made sure to call another store in the area (Eatontown) and make sure they had the product in stock. She directed me that I could go there in the morning with the 15% off coupon and get the product, apologized for not having it in stock and was very polite and professional through every step of the way.
