Wow where do I begin... The entire staff is extremely unprofessional and rude! The reviews below describe very accurately the level of customer service this company provides. It is both sick and disgusting that this company insists on robbing people out of their hard earned cash for doing nothing aside from being rude and obnoxious! First my husband and I paid $80 in application fees. The website says it takes only 24/48 hours to process an application which is completely false. It took them approximately 11 days to even get back to me and when I would email to request status I received very rude/short responses back. While they were still processing the application I put down $1265 against my better judgment to "hold" the property they of course tell me at that time I am approved but want a $4,000 deposit!! I've never heard such a thing so we refused and they kept the entire $1345 that I put down and refused to refund my money or even partial! They could have continued to find us something that would work within our price range or said we were sorry we can not help you now but we can apply it to another property, etc. They did NOTHING to help us or even try. They just stole $1345 and then gave our family the bird. Please beware of this company and the practices they use to con people out of money!
