Awesome Mexican: This place has great home made Salsa, Chips, and Margaritas. Their prices during happy hour are really good. Margaritas are $3 each, quesadillas are only $5. Service was very friendly. I will add this to my list of places to return to during my Aspen vacations.

Update November 2008: Seven of us visited Su Casa again and once again we were very happy with the food. The Shrimp Tacos and Chili Relleno were excellent. The server was pleasant but a little over-worked.
