My glasses broke 10/30/09, I called pretty upset about these frames I had to replace 3 times in the past 4 years. Versace frames were a real poor quality. Anyways, Steve Johnson Mgr and Susan the eye specialist made my experience a good one. I thank both of you for your effort and patience with me. I know was difficult to deal with and I apologize for that. I was just so unhappy with those Vesace frames and the fact they kept breaking and having to cost me money. Also I was blind for about 18 hours, which gave me a headache.

I'm very happy so far with the look and feel of my new glasses. Thanks again.
