The First Step Children's Center, operated by The Arc of Alameda County and formerly located at 111 Fairmount Avenue in Oakland, has moved. First Step is now located at the Walpert Center 1101 Walpert Street, Hayward, CA 94541. The program is open to children with or without developmental disabilites.
